We specialize in custom-fit EVA floor mats and automotive accessories. All products are made to order and tailored specifically for the make and model selected at checkout.
3. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Stripe and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
4. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are 2–10 business days, depending on location and zoning.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products, production timelines may vary based on vehicle type and order complexity. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
5. Returns and Replacements
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery only if the packaging has not been opened and the mats are undamaged.
To initiate a return:
Contact us via email with your order number.
A prepaid return label will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of an error on our part (wrong model, missing items, etc.):
We will replace or correct the issue at no cost to you.
Photo evidence must be submitted within 30 days of the order date via email, WhatsApp, or text.
Return of incorrect items is not required in these cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vasko E-commerce LLC and FortunaCarmats.com are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Improper installation
Vehicle damage
Delays in delivery due to carrier issues or supply chain disruptions
